NO TIME TO STOP AND REST.

Does continue working without any rest make you more productive?

To answer the question above I want to use an example of two wood choppers. The one wood chopper was a young man and the other a old man. The young man wanted to have a competition with the old man; to see who can have the most wood chopped at the end of the working day. The old man accepted the challenge of the young man. The young man was very pleased that the old man accepted his challenge. The young man was not worried for he was strong and fit, he was sure that he was going to win the competition. 

The young man started to chop wood without any stop, the old man on the other hand stopped every hour for 15 minutes to rest. This chopping wood challenge went on for the whole working day. At the end of the working day the amount of wood was compared to each other, to the young man surprise the old man chopped much more wood than the he did. The young man wanted to know how it was possible, for he chopped none stop while the old man rested. The old man told him how it came to be that he chopped more wood than the young man. The old man said "every time I took a rest I sharpened my axe so it could not have chance to become blunt". 

To rest is important for a person, a person can not just keep on going. We all get caught up in our daily things that we forget to think of resting. Time goes so quick before we know our day has past.  Speaking about time going so fast, it lets me think at the time I was studying. I came from work greeted my wife and children and went to my study and did my assignments. I only got to bed at 12 o clock at night and got up at 2 o clock in the morning again to do my studies further. This went on till one day I went to write my exams, I started writing and hit a blank; I could not remember a thing and that was a red light for me going on. I then planed my time differently and all worked out for the best at the end. 

When at work a person must spent time to do risk assessments before doing a job, this is to prevent accidents happening. There is a time for everything and a person must have time for different things. One important thing is time with your wife and children. All must not just be about work there must be time for other things. Many of us work overtime and spend so much time at work to provide for our family that is starts influencing our relationship with our family. 

Won't it be great to make a second income without working overtime and get great deals with savings and getting rewarded for actions taken. There is such businesses.

BEING SUCCESSFUL.

How is success defined?

When we look back at the time our parents told us about the life and how it is outside in the grownup world. They always told us to study hard, do well at sport, ext. There was always a sword hanging over our heads of making a success, making money and the people we going to have to compete against to get a job. This is not wrong what many parents have done and still doing with the children that are staying with them. Many parents has their children's future and wellbeing on their minds and in their hearts. 

We are taught that to be successful in life you must be first in everythings.

• You must do great in sport.
• You must do great academical.
• You must study at the best institution.
• You must achieve the dreams your parents have for you.
• The list is unending of what success looks like. 

Success can not really be determined in this way, the reason for this is.

• Not everyone is great at sport.
• Not everyone is great at academics.
• Not everyone has the finaciace to go and study future.
• Not all parents has a dream for their children because of things that happened to them.
• The list is once again unending.

Many people are the cause of other peoples failure in what they have said to them, this includes many parents to. 

When growing up many children gets told by parent "what do you want to become with this disobedience of yours",  " you are always dropping stuff, you are good for nothing". At school their are children bulling other children and making them feel inferior. It is all caused mentally and sticks in the mind that "I am no goed, I will never gain success".  Before I go on I must say there are people who was the cause of many peoples success, so all is not negative.

A person's mindset must get reprogrammed from "I am a failure to I am successful". The question is probably how?  Many people don't realize they already have a form of success. 

• They have a job. Many people are sitting without a job.
• They have food on the table. Many are going hungry.
• They have a roof over their heads. Many are sleeping under newspapers.
• They are blessed with a wife and kids. Many are alone in this world.

Success is not always what you have achieved in life, it is what you have and the blessings you get out of it. There are ways to better your life you have, and build on your already success further for the better. 

Something very important to keep in mind "DON'T COMPARE YOUR SUCCESS TO OTHERS SUCCESS, FOCUS ON YOUR OWN AND YOU WILL BE ASTONISHED AT WHAT YOU ACHIEVE". All that is needed is, you must be determined and be willing to succeed and forget what others think about you. Program your mind that you are successful by looking each morning in the mirror and telling yourself that "I am successful" you must put your heart in it when you say it.

DON'T LET LIFE GET YOU DOWN.

Passed-out, broke my nose and lost alot of blood "ou dear".

I haven't written anything for a while, many things have happened and prevented me from writing. I am going to try to get back on track. I hope all is well.

Can a toilet be a dangerous place to be in ? this doesn't mean a public toilet, it is the toilet at home. many will say no and many will say yes. Let me tell you about my experience I had about twee weeks ago. The evening of Tuesday the 3de of April 2018 I woke up feeling I want to use the toilet to do number 2, with this it felt like a wind was stuck in my chest. I went to the toilet and did number 2, while I was still sitting on the toilet I tried getting the wind which I thought it was out. whilst doing this I got dizzy and the next thing I knew was waking up in a puddle of blood with my nose still bleeding. After investigating it seemed that the doorstopper in the inside of the toilet caused this injury. I had a big gaze (laceration) on the top of  my nose.

My wife phoned the ambulance to come and fetch me. The ambulance team was quite speedy and attendant to me in a very professional way. They took me to Casualties about 26 K/m away from my hometown. The town I live in is Virginia Free State South Africa and the city I was taken to is Welkom. When arriving they booked me in. The doctor on duty cleaned the wound and gave me 7 stitches in my nose. I was kept under observation for about 3 hours before they let me go. I was booked of from work to get well again. I only found out a couple of day later that my nose has been broken, it had grown back on strait. This may sound as if it is nothing to write home about, for me it is something great to write about. I am going to tell you why.

When I lost consciousness I believe the Lord God saved me from certain death by letting my youngest son Jean-Pierre find me on the floor of the toilet. My son lifted my face out of the puddle of blood I was laying in, he cleaned the blood from my face and closed the gaze on my nose. I praise the Lord for sending him for I would have suffocated in my own blood. My wife Charleen saw the blood coming through under the door but only Jean-Pierre could squeeze through the opening of the door. the resion for this is that I was laying against the door on the floor. I am so thankful to the Lord for giving me once again another chance to be with my wife and son's. When looking at this, it is something great for me. I have learned not to take life for granted and not to let life get me down. Each chance I get I take with both my hands. I ask if life knocks you down, get up as quick as possible and go on and ask the Lord God to make you stronger each time.

CHAIN BLOCK ACCIDENT

HIT BY A CHAIN BLOCK

A chain block can be a very dangerous tool if not used correctly. A person uses a chain block to hoist heavy machinery, motors, get equipment into place; the list for use is endless. Iam going to tell you about my first hand experience with a chain block.

Just to start of with, I am trained to work with a chain block no person that isn't trained to use a chain block may operate one. This is for safety purposes because of the danger not knowing the do's and don'ts. 

The experience I had happened April 2017 this year, it was Easter time. I had to go and supervise the cleaning of a bin on the shaft ( where people go down underground to mine gold, silver, coal, ext, and where the minerals mined comes out) with Hydropower (water under high pressure). The team that had to do the Hydropower cleaning  had not arrived and I wanted to stay busy. I went down to the place where a chute (a box with doors that the raw minerals go into to get tipped on a conveyor belt t hat then takes it to the Plant where it gets processed into what ever minerals) must get changed.

While being there the door of the chute struggled to open, we tried different things for we had to get the door open to get the ore out to get the bin and box open to change the chute. I took a chain block and secured it on the top of the chute and the hook of the chain block to the door of the chute. I got the door open with chain block which was a good thing for we wanted it. This is when the pawpaw hit the fan, I felt an explosion in my head and felt disorientated. I went and layed down for I would have fallen down. One of my colleagues come to my rescue and told me that I have an laceration on my jaw, he told me that the chain block came of the chute door under tension. I got about 10 stitches and was minus a tooth. The reason was found out after a thorough investigation which I am not going to go into. I survived this and I am ok.

The Lord was good for me once again, let me highlight something. Many people that where hit by chain blocks passed away, are left disabled in a certain way or cannot do the job they where trained for. There are many that sit at home not be able to work. When looking at this you can see that God has given me grace again. Just a tip, when working with any tools be sure to know the safety aspects of the tool and how to operate it.

ABOUT GOD.

Where does God come from? 

A Scientist was asked to answer the following question: The person who asked the question said: "I am confused, being philosophically consistent and being a very honest person, I am sure you can tell me where God come from. And addition, once you told me where God comes from, please try to clarify how you can figure that a Spiritual Force can have an impact on a material universe to create it."

This is what the Scientist answered: "Your question,"where did God come from" assumes that you're thinking about the wrong god, because the God of the Bible is not affected by time, space or matter. If He is affected by time, space or matter, He's not God. Time, space and matter is what we call a continuum, all of them have to come into existence at the same instant. Because if there were matter but no space, WHERE would you put it? If there were matter and space, but no time, WHEN would you put it. You cannot have time, space or matter independently, they have to come into existence simultaneously. The Bible answers that in ten words:

In the beginning - there's TIME

God created the heaven - there's SPACE

and the earth - there's MATTER

So you have time, space, matter created a trinity of trinities:

You know TIME is - past, present and future

SPACE has - length, width and height

MATTER has - solid, liquid and gas

You have a trinity of trinities created instantaneously and God who created them has to be outside of them. If He is limited by time, He is not God.

The guy who created the computer is not IN the computer. He is not running in there changing numbers on the screen. 

The God who created this Universe is outside of the universe. He is above it, beyond it, in it, through it, He is unaffected by it. The concept that a Spiritual Force cannot have an effect on a material body, well then I guess you have to explain to me things like emotions and love and hatred and envy and jealousy and rationality. I mean if your brain is just a random collection of chemicals that formed by chance over a billion years, how on earth can you trust your own reasoning process and thoughts that you think.

So to your question: "Where did God come from" is assuming a limited God, and that is your problem. The God I worship is not limited by time, space or matter. If I could fit the

infinite God in my three pound brain, He would not be worth worshipping, that is for certain. So that is the God that I worship. Thank you."

CAN YOUR ENEMY WORK IN YOUR FAVOUR ?.

A story of a White man and a African (black) man.

A white man walked into a restaurant in London. As soon as he entered, he noticed a black man sitting in the corner. So he walked over to the counter, removed his wallet and shouted, 

"Waiter! I am buying food for everyone in this restaurant, except that black guy over there!"

So the waiter collected the money from the man and began serving free food for everyone in the restaurant, except the black man. However, instead of becoming upset, the Black man simply looked at the White man and shouted, "Thank you!" That infuriated the man. So once again, the White man took out his wallet and shouted, "Waiter! This time I am buying bottles of wine and additional food for everyone in this bar, except for the Black man sitting in the corner over there!" So the waiter collected the money from the man and began serving free food and wine to everyone in the bar except the Black man. When the waiter finished serving the food and drinks, once again, instead of becoming angry, the Black man simply smiled at the White man and shouted, "Thank you!" That made the White man furious. So he leaned over the counter and said to the waiter, "What is wrong with that Black man? I have bought food and drinks for everyone in this bar except him, but instead of becoming angry, he just sits there and smiles at me and shouts 'Thank you'. Is he mad???" The waiter smiled at the White man and said, "No, he is not mad. He is the owner of this restaurant. 

Without the White man knowing it, he was working in favour of the Black man who is the owner of the restaurant. The Black man had the right mindset, he stayed calm and let the odds turn to his side. By doing it he let his enemy unknowing work in his favour.

Here are some points to keep in mind:

• Stay away from Anger...It hurts..Only You!
• If you are right the there is no need to get angry,
• And if you are wrong then you don't have any right to get angry.
• Patience with family is love,
• Patience with others is respect.
• Patience with self is confidence and Patience with God is faith.
• Never Think Hard about the Past, it brings Tears...
• Don't think more about the FUTURE, it brings Fear..
• Live this Moment with a Smile, it brings Cheer.
• Every test in our live makes us bitter or better,
• Every problem comes to make us or break us,
• The choice is ours whether we become victims or victorious.
• Beautiful things are not always good but good things are always beautiful.
• Do you know why God created gaps between fingers?
• So that someone who is special to you comes and fills those gaps by holding your hand forever.
• Happiness keeps You Sweet... But being sweet brings happiness.

DO YOU SEE A BARRIER ?

Shark Bait.

During a research experiment a marine biologist placed a shark into a large holding tank and than released several small bait fish into the tank.

As you would expect, the shark quickly swam around the tank, attacked and ate the smaller fish in the tank.

The marine biologist the inserted a strong piece of clear fiberglass into the tank, creating two separate partitions. She then put the shark on one side of the fiberglass and a new set of bait fish on the other side of the fiberglass.

This experiment was repeated several dozen times over the next few weeks. Each time, the shark got less aggressive and made fewer attempts to attack the bait fish, until eventually the shark got tired of hitting the fiberglass divider and simply stopped attacking altogether.

The marine biologist then removed the fiberglass divider, but the shark didn't attack. The shark was trained to believe a barrier existed between it and the bait fish, so the bait fish swam  wherever they wished, free from harm.

The moral: Many of us, after experiencing setbacks and failures, emotionally give up and stop trying. Like the shark in the story, we believe that because we were unsuccessful in the past, we will always be unsuccessful. In other words, we continue to see a barrier in our heads, even when no 'real' barrier exist between where we are and where we want to go.

Don't let what happened to you in the past hold you back, there is more in you then what you think. Stand up leave the things of the past and try again, don't see a failure as the end of the world, see it as lesson that will  bring you nearer to your success. All the successful people didn't reach success without having failure in their lives.

LESSON FROM A GLASS

The Weight of the Glass

There was psychology professor that walked around on a stage while teaching stress management principles to an auditorium filled with students. As she raised a glass of water, everyone expected they would be ask the typical "glass half empty or glass half full" question. Instead, with a smile on her face, the professor asked, "How heavy is this glass of water I am holding?"

Students shouted out answers ranging from eight ounces to a couple of pounds.

She replied, "From my perspective, the absolute weight of the glass doesn't matter. It all depends on how long I hold it. If I hold it for a minute or two, it is fairly light. If I hold it for an hour straight, its weight might make my arm ache a little. If I hold it for a day straight, my arm will likely cramp up and feel completely numb and paralysed, forcing me to drop the glass to the floor. In each case, the weight of the glass doesn't change, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it feels to me."

As the class shook their heads in agreement, she continued, "Your stresses and worries are very much like this glass of water. Think about them for a while and nothing happens. Think about them a bit longer and you begin to ache a little. Think about them all day long, and you will feel completely numb and paralyzed - incapable of doing anything else until you drop them."

The moral: It's important to let go of your stresses and worries. No matter what happens during the day, as early in the evening as you can, put all your burdens down. Don't carry them through the night into the next day with you. If you still feel the weight of yesterday's stress, it's a strong sign that it is time to put the glass down. Give your glass over to God and ask for His help, if it feels that you can't put it down.

I THOUGHT I AM A GONER.

Having a second heart attack.

How would I start hmm. Let me start from the beginning. I had a light heart attack a bit more than two years ago, God carried me through and and I survived. I got a stent put into one of my main heart arteries and all went well from there on. God was truly great for me for I was by my family for father's day. God gave me strength to do my work, work overtime, be with my family, ext. This period was June 2014 to this year February 2017. So all was well I praise the Lord for it.

In December 2016 I started getting chest pains, it was not very major pains for I still could function alright. I did not give too much attention to it. All changed the day after Christmas, I had a accident and burnt myself whilst I was cutting out a 500 mm valve. It was a job I have done many times before. The 26 December 2016 the torch hoses hooked and the torch turned in my hand and burned me above my glove, I just went for a dressing and returned to the work I was busy doing making it a treat and return. There was an investigation about the injury, it was treated as if it was lost days as if I was of with my injury which was not the cause. This investigation took about 3 to 4 days to get finished. I think this investigation took its toll on my heart, the pain started to become more intense. 

My wife got an appointment with the doctor for my burn wound progress. while I was at the doctor I too told her about the pain in my arm and chest. The doctor ran blood test and tried to get an appointment for me at the Cardiologist. I could only get one for somewhere in March 2017. About 3 days later the Cardiologist reception lady phoned and said that the Cardiologist was worried about my pain and that I had to go for an anagram the 3de of February 2017 and be there 06h00. My wife and I said that we will be there, I just want to mention I have a wonderful wife and she is a great mother too.

3 February 2017 we got up at 02h00 and got ready to leave to Bloemfontein Rosepark Hospital.
3h30 we were on our way to Rosepark Hospital, we arrived at the Hospital 05h35 and did all the paperwork. 07h00 I was in my hospital bed ready to go into the theater to have the anagram.  
11h00 the moment of truth came, I was taken into theater. The Cardiologist told me there was a problem with one of my veins and that he was going to open it with a stent. It was not pleasant at all for it was sore whilst he was busy, he kept telling me this is going to be a bit uncomfortable then there was a pain for a couple of seconds then it passed. He did a good job warning me of what was to come. The stent was a success but all of a sudden I got a massive pain in my chest, it is a pain I cannot explain. One thing I can say, I never had so pain in my life before. I heard the Cardiologist tell one of his assistance to get a doctor on standby for there was not enough hands. There was one woman at my side saying i must stay awake and hold on, I was starting to throw up (vomiting) I was feeling that a was busy going (dying). As I was busy going the pain went away and I felt myself come back. The Cardiologist told me while he was busy with stent a blood clot formed and closed my stent that I had 2 years ago cutting of my blood supply to my heart, it was my main artery to my heart. This caused a massive heart attack. God was good I praise Him for sparing me for my family once again.

I was put into ICU to recover, while I was there the Cardiologist sent me for x-rays and sonars. He found out that my left lung has collapsed and had a blood sack on my heart and water on the lung. I was put on oxygen and had a drain pipe put into my chest to drain the blood and water. I was in Hospital for a whole week before I could go home. The Lord was so good that I was at home for my wife's birthday the 12th of February 2017. On this moment I am still at home becoming stronger each day and recovering.

The thought arises in me to ask each one that reads this, are you ready to go if this should happen to you. Are you spiritually ready with God, many won't like this question. 
The next is will your wife and kids have enough to take care of themselves? I ask to have a look at this offers I have to offer you that can help you in life.

MAKING A DIFFERENCE.

All the difference in the world.

Every Sunday morning a certain man takes a light jog around a park near his home. There's a lake located in one corner of the park. Each time he jogged by the lake, He sees the same elderly woman sitting at the water's edge with a small metal cage sitting beside her.

This past Sunday his curiosity got the best of him, so he stopped jogging and walked over to her. As he got closer, he realized that the metal cage was, in fact, a small trap. There were three turtles, unharmed, slowly walking around the base of the trap. She had a fourth turtle in her lap that she was carefully scrubbing with a sponge brush.

"Hello," he said. "I see you here every Sunday morning if you don't mind my nosiness, I'd love to know what you're doing with these turtles."

She smiled "I'm cleaning off their shells," she replied. "Anything on a turtle's shell, like algae or scum, reduces the turtle's ability to absorb heat and impedes its ability to swim. It can also corrode and weaken the shell over time."

"Wow! That's really nice of you!" he exclaimed.

She went on: "I spend a couple of hours each Sunday morning, relaxing by this lake and helping these little guys out. It's my own strange way of making a difference." 

"But don't most freshwater turtles live their whole lives with algae and scum hanging from their shells?" he asked.

"Yep, sadly, they do," she replied.

He scratched his head. "Well then, don't you think your time could be better spent? I mean, I think your efforts are kind and all, but there are freshwater turtles living in lakes all around the world. And 99% of these turtles don't have kind people like you to help them clean off their shells. So, no offense... but how exactly are your localized efforts here truly making a difference?"

The woman giggled aloud. She then looked down at the turtle on her lap, scrubbed the last piece of algae from its shell, and said, "Sweetie, if this guy could talk, he'd tell you I just made all the difference in the world."

The moral: You can change the world - maybe not all at once, but one person, one animal, and one good deed at a time. Wake up every morning and pretend like what you do makes a difference. It does.

AM I WORTH ANYTHING?.

What is the value of life?

The new year is already 14 days old, wow it is unbelievable at what speed life is passing by or must I say flying. Many people have made new year resolutions the beginning of the year, how many have started on their resolutions? The big problem many people have is, they want to do something but when the shove comes to the push they say they will do it later. In the end of the day, it gets set off. Don't set things off, go through with it even if you think you are not worth anything. After reading the following that I am going to write I believe and hope you will feel differently about yourself and worth.

A little boy went to his grandpa and asked, "What is the value of life ?" 

The grandpa gave him one stone and said, "Find out the value of this stone, but don't sell it."

The boy took the stone to an Orange Seller and asked him what its cost would be.

The Orange Seller saw the shiny stone and said, "You can take 12 oranges and give me the stone." The boy apologized and said that his grandpa has asked him not to sell it.

He went ahead and found a Vegetable Seller, "What could be the value of this stone ?" 

he asked the Vegetable Seller. The Seller draw the shiny stone and said. "Take one sack of potatoes and give me the stone." The boy again apologized and said that he can't sell it.

Further ahead, he went into a Jewelry Shop and asked the value of the stone. The Jeweler saw the stone under a lens and said, "I'll give you 1 million for this stone." When the boy shooked his head, the Jeweler said, "Alright, alright take two 24 karat gold necklaces, but give me the stone."

Further ahead, the boy saw a Precious Stone's Shop and asked the Seller the value of this stone. When the precious stone's seller saw the big ruby, he lay down a red cloth and put the ruby on it. Then he walked in circles around the ruby and bent down and touched his head in front of the ruby. "From where did you bring this priceless ruby from?" he asked. 

"Even if I sell the whole world and my life, I won't be able to purchase this priceless stone." 

Stunned and confused, the boy returned to his grandpa and told him what had happened.

Grandpa said: "The answers you got from the Orange Seller, the Vegetable Seller, the Jeweler and the Precious Stone's Seller explain the value of our life. You may be a precious stone, even priceless, but people will value you based on their financial status, their level of information, their belief in you, their motive behind entertaining you, their ambition, and their risk taking ability."

Life is a reflection of your perception but don't fear you are unique. You are an Original and the only one of a kind. And remember don't let your past determine your future. Let go of the

past, and step into a great future with a positive mindset, and with God who wants to direct your path.

Believe in yourself. With God at your side, your victory is guaranteed.

WOW !!! IT IS ANOTHER YEAR NEARLY GONE.

It is a couple of days to Christmas.

Firstly I want to use this opportunity to wish all that are reading my Blog post, a great and wonderful Christmas. For those who are going to spend Christmas with their family and loved ones, enjoy the time together.

To those who lost someone through death this year that is passed and it is the first Christmas without them, sorry for your loss. This is the first Christmas our family is going to have without my mom, she to passed away in this year. It may be a sore thought of not having those that passed away with us but life must go on, it may feel that your world has tumbled in but it is not so. Every person is created for greatness so you are important to God, He will not leave you even if it feels He is, God is there without you knowing. Don't let this be a sad time, let us be joyful for it is the time for caring and giving, even if it is just love. God is a great example of love and caring, He sent His son to get born to save us from everlasting death because God loves and cares for us. That is the reason we celebrate Christmas because our Savior was born, many people miss the reason of Christmas. Many people is going to want to crucify me because of writing this, I don't care for I stand for the truth and what is right. 

When you are feeling down the best thing is being there for someone and you will feel better, it is just how it works in life. You may never know, you may be an answer to someone's prayer. 
You haven't opened your gifts yet. Your life can be deeper than the ocean, larger than the sky and richer than all the minerals in the earth. You have so much potential. Do everything you dream of, keep discovering yourself. Don't let circumstances hold you back you hold your success in your own hands. The biggest obstacle in life is you, you have to believe in yourself don't feel inferior you are created for greatness. Many people stand back for others to achieve in life, for they feel they don't have what it takes to become successful. That is the biggest lie that there can be, everyone has it in him/ her to become successful. DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER.

A watchman and his boss.

Many people have the tendency to judge someone before knowing the truth about that person.

I want to share something with you about a watchman.

" My boss drove a luxury car every day and it was my duty to greet him and open the gates for him every day, as I worked as a watchman in his villa. He never responded back to my greetings. One day he saw me opening the garbage outside the villa in search of leftover food, but as usual, he never looked at me. It was like as if he never saw anything! The very next day I saw a paper bag at the same place, there was something about this paper bag. The paper bag was clean and the food inside was covered well, it was fresh and good food like someone had just brought it from the supermarket. I didn't bother as to where it came from, I just took the paper bag and I was so happy about it.

Every day I found this paper bag at the same place with fresh vegetables and all that was needed for the home. This became a daily routine. I was eating and sharing this food with my wife and kids. I was wondering who this fool could be?! To forget his paper bag full of fresh food every day.

One day there was a big problem in the villa and I was told that my boss had died. there were so many guests coming to the villa that day and ai didn't get food that day, so I thought that one of the guests must have taken it. But the same happened the 2nd day, the 3rd day and the 4th day. 

It went on for a few weeks and I found it difficult to provide food for my family, so I decided to ask the wife of my boss for a raise in my salary or else I would have to quit my job as a watchman. After I told her, she was shocked, and asked me, how come you never complained about your salary for the last 2 years? And why is this salary not enough for you now? 

I gave her so many excuses but she was never convinced!

Finally, in the end, I decided to tell her the truth. I told her the entire story of the paper bag of groceries, and as to how it was my daily provision. She asked me as to when this stopped? I told her after the death of her husband. And then I realized that I stopped seeing the paper bag immediately after the death of my boss. Why didn't I think of this before? That it was my boss who was providing this for me? I guess it was because I never thought that a person who never replied to my greetings could never be this generous!
His wife started crying and I told her to please stop crying and that I am really sorry that I asked for a raise, I didn't know that it was your husband that was providing me with the meals, I'll remain as a watchman and be happy to provide my service. His wife told me, I'm crying because I've finally found the 7th person my husband was giving this bag full of food. I knew my husband was giving 7 people every day, I had already found the 6 people, and all these days I was searching for the 7th person. And today I found out. 

From that day onwards, I started to receive the bags full of food again, but this time his son was bringing it to my house and giving it to my hand. But whenever I thanked him, he never replied! Just as his dad! One day, I told him THANK YOU in a very loud voice! He replied back to me, please not to be offended when he doesn't reply, because he has a hearing problem, just like his dad!"

Oh! we have been wrong so many times judging others without knowing the true story behind their actions. Be kind and courteous in dealing with others, for everyone is fighting a hard battle. Be careful, not everything is about you. Before you assume, there is a thing called ASKING.
Don't just jump to conclusion because that is truly not an exercise, it may cause you more harm at the end of the day. Many of our problems are caused by how process what happens around us. Don't judge a situation you have never been in. Be humble enough to learn. You do not know it all. Let's change the way we feel about ourselves and others.
There are two sides to a story. Don't believe everything you hear. Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about.

I AM WORTHLESS WITH ALL THE FLAWS I HAVE.

Are you one of the many people in the world that feel worthless for the world and other people.

You may be born with a crooked foot, back, arm, hand, the list is unending of all the flaws that there could be. You may feel you mean nothing to anyone because of the flaw you may feel you have. This is not true, everyone has a meaning in life not one is worthless. In this world, you can mean the world to someone. To illustrate my point I want to tell you about a woman that had two clay jars.

This woman had two clay jars that she used to go and get water in the river each day for use in her home. There was something very interesting about these two clay jars, the one had a flaw for it had a crack and the other one was flawless. This caused the woman to get home each day with one and a half clay jars of water, the one with the crack leaked out half of its water. 

The flawless jar thought that it was the jar to be and that the one with the flaw was inferior to it. It went so far that the flawless jar kept on telling the one with the crack that it was useless, this did let the cracked jar feel worthless.

One day the cracked clay jar asked the woman way she used a worthless and broken jar like him, for he only gave her half of the water he had to give.? The woman replied to the jars question that he was not worthless or useless. She told the jar that she did not see the crack in the jar as a flaw but as an advantage. She showed the jar that where she walked from the river that there were beautiful flowers growing on the side of the path were the cracked clay jar was leaking. The woman told the jar that she has planted these flowers because she knew that the cracked jar would water the flowers every day.

After looking at this above I can tell you that nobody has the right to look down on you, you are not inferior to anyone. Your flaw that you think you have can be an advantage to you. Everyone is created for greatness, no matter what shortcoming you may have. Don't give up go for your dreams and live your life, trust in God to help you.

A GLASS OF MILK

Kindness pays off.

One day, a poor boy who was selling goods from door to door to pay his way through school found he had only one dime left, and he was hungry. He decided he would ask for a meal at the next house. However, he lost his nerve when a lovely woman opened the door. Instead of a meal, he asked for a drink of water!

She thought he looked hungry so she brought him a large glass of milk. He drank it so slowly, and then asked, "How much do I owe you"? "You don't owe me anything" she replied. "Mother has taught us never to accept pay for a kindness. He said ... "Then I thank you from my heart". As Howard Kelly left that house, he not only felt stronger physically, but his faith in God and man was strong also. He had been ready to give up and quit.

Many years later the same young woman became critically ill. The local doctors were baffled. They finally sent her to the big city, where they called in specialists to study her rare disease. Dr. Howard Kelly was called in for the consultation. When he heard the name of the town she came from, a strange light filled his eyes. Immediately he rose and went down the hall of the hospital to her room. Dressed in his doctor's gown he went to see her. He recognized her at once. He went back to the consultation room determined to do his best to save her life. From that day he gave special attention to her case. 

After a long struggle, the battle was won. Dr. Kelly requested the business office to pass the final bill to him for approval. He looked at it, and then wrote something on the edge and then the bill was sent to her room. She feared to open it, for she was sure it would take her the rest of her life to pay for it all. Finally, she looked, and something caught her attention on the side of the bill. She read these words..."Paid in full with one glass of milk"

Tears of joy flooded her eyes as her happy heart prayed. "Thank You, God, that Your love has spread broadly through human hearts and hands."

There's a saying which goes something like this:Bread cast on the waters comes back to you. The good deed you do today may benefit you or someone you love at the least expected time. If you never see the deed again at least you will have made the world a better place - And after all, isn't that what life is all about? 
I ask you not to lose hope in all humans, there is those that have good hearts and attentions. And don't stop doing good deeds, like being kind, ext.

NEVER GIVE UP IN A LIFE STORM.

A lady, her father, and a storm.

A lady was driving along with her father. While driving they come upon a storm, the lady asked her father "what should I do ?" He replied, "keep on driving"... Cars began to pull over to the side of the road, the storm was becoming worse. "What should I do?" the lady again asked, "keep driving" her father replied. On up a few feet, she noticed that 18 wheelers were also pulling over. She told her father, "I must pull over, I can barely see ahead. It is terrible, and everyone is pulling over !" Her father told her, "Don't give up, just keep driving !" Now the storm was terrible, but she never stopped driving, and she could see a little clearer. After a couple more miles she was again on dry land, and the sun came out. Her father said, "Now you can pull over and get out". She replied, "But why now ?" He said "When you get out, look back at all the people that gave up and are still in the storm, because you never gave up, your storm is now over.

If you are going through a hard time, this is for you. Just because everyone else gives up even the strongest. You don't have too ... if you keep going, soon your storm will be over and the sun will shine on your face again. Never give up because God will never give up on you! When you take the time to be with God and listen to His voice, He renews your strength and enables you to handle life. Don't carry your problems alone, put in the competent hands of our Mighty Father God.

Let me and you talk business.

We are always on the lookout for ways to improve our life and make it easier, it could maybe be just me doing this. With the life expenses that are going up daily, a person needs more to get by each day. As our children grow up their needs become more, ext. This is not a fairytale it is a fact. I can say this for I have first class experience in this. 

Let me tell you a bit about myself and the experience I went through. I have two great sons, the Lord God truly blessed me with such great sons. The oldest son is Ernest jr born in Oudtshoorn in the Cape province. My second son is Jean- Pierre Born in Humansdorp to in the Cape province. I am married to a great wife, the greatest for me in the world her name is Charleen born in Welkom Freestate. My name is Ernest born in Phalaborwa in the Transvaal province. I am a Boilermaker on a gold mine, worked for 13 years underground. I am now 2 years a surface worker. That is a bit of myself, a normal person just like you and not an alien from another world.

Things did not always go well for me and my wife, we went through tough financial times. This caused that I was continuously searching on the internet for ways to become financially free and have an extra income. I lost  money through people that scammed me out of my hard-earned money, which was very bad. I did not give up searching for ways getting additional income. My searching paid off, I found a business that was great. I did not have to search further for I got what I was searching for. This is the first business I come across that is what is said it is. This business truly pays you. The 1 October 2016 this Saturday that has passed my commission was paid into my account once again. MATRIX-FAREWELL

Did I succeed in raising my children correctly?

Our children are the center of our lives, all that we do are for them. We work to provide for them, get them through school, get a better education and many of us want a better life for them. We don't want to let them make the same mistakes that we made. Through all this, there is a question that now and the arises in one's mind "Am I  succeeding in raising my child/children correctly?".

I want to use myself as an illustration to explain. My oldest son, Ernest jr was not the easiest child when he was born. He had colic the first 8 months, this went right into his teething stage. This caused us this is my wife and me not to have much sleep, especially my wife Charleen. We are grateful that God carried us through this and we did the best we could believe me it was not easy. 

In Ernest jr toddler stage we found out he had a muscle condition, he took very long to walk we took him for therapy to help him with the muscle condition and his coordination. Ernest was on permanent medication which cost us a lot. I glorify God once again that He carried us through that too. 

In his Pre-school stage, he struggled with his speech. We help him at home and took him to see a speech therapist, we even bought different smile products. These smile products have all type of activities; it helps with speech, coordination, spelling and so forth. These smile products helped him. 

In Primary school, we found out that Ernest had ADHD, this caused him to do Grade 1 twice and the school put him into the special class. We tried to get him back into the normal classes, it was without success.

Just before he went to High-school God opened a way for him to go to a Christian School. He did his high school education in a normal school. We as parents did not give up and it cost a lot of prayers.

Still, after all, this, the question arose "Did we succeed in raising our child correctly?".

This question was answered with Ernest jr Matrix-farewell, which was this Thursday that has passed. I just want to mention, it was on my late mother's birthday which was the first birthday without her. To get back to Ernest jr, my wife and me were very proud of him. When looking at Ernest jr me and my wife told each other that we did well with the Lords help. He had a great farewell and turned out to become a great young man to be proud of. And it is not ending here, we as parents are still going to do the best that we can for him further. We will do anything to give our children what we can. We have another son to by the name of Jean- Pierre, we too are doing our best for him with strength and help of the Lord. (Ernest jr and his partner Nicola is the photo beneath mine, he turned out to be a great young man)

I am so glad that with the business that I am in I would be able to send Ernest jr to study further, he want's to go for tourism. I to will be able to do the same for Jean-Pierre. I believe I will retire early and not have to worry about financial problems with the business I am in and with the help of the Lord.

Can you do what you want to for child/children?. Can you say "I don't have financial problems?. Can you say that "I can retire early"? Well don't look further get your answer to your problem >HERE<

I NEED RESCUING!!

Help is nearer than one thinks.

There was a man that took a sea trip in his yacht, he did not bother about taking the trip for the sea was calm when he started the trip. What seemed like a great idea turned out not to be what he thought. The first two days went very well, there was nothing to worry about. The third day everything changed, the weather changed for the worst. The yacht started filling with water that was caused by the big waves going over it. The man tried to empty the water coming into the yacht but could not keep up with the speed and force of the waves. The man had to give up the fight against the waves of the sea. The force of the waves broke the yacht to pieces, that caused the man to grip on a piece of the yacht that was drifting. The man survived the storm and stayed drifting on the piece of the yacht. There was no help in sight that caused the man to worry, the man started praying. He asked the Lord to help and save him out of this situation he is in, the Lord answered him not to worry for He will rescue him. After 30 minutes a fishing boat came and saw the man drifting in the sea, the person on the boat asked the man if he could help him. The man on the drifting piece of yacht replied no for he believes in God and He will rescue him, the man of the fishing boat left the man drifting in the sea. After two hours passed a cargo ship found the man drifting in the sea, people of the crew to asked the man if they could help. The drifting man replied again no for God will rescue him, the cargo ship to left leaving the man drifting. After another couple of hours has passed a helicopter arrived to help the man, the drifting man again did not take the help for he said God said that He will rescue him.

Eventually, the man drowned without getting rescued, when getting to Heaven the man had questions to ask God. He asked why God did not rescue him, God answered the man that He sends three people to rescue him. First, the man with the fishing boat, secondly the cargo ship and lastly the helicopter but the man did not except one of the rescue attempts so the fault 

was entirely laying by the man.

This happens to many people every day, people are in financial trouble and are looking for things to rescue them out of the situation they are in. Just as the man that did not take the chances that were given to him, they to don't take opportunities that get given to them. There can come 1000 of opportunities your way but if you don't make the choice to take one of the opportunities it is your own fault. Don't just be one more person that drowns because the opportunities were there but were not taken.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE LIFE?

Have a mindset change.

I want to share with you wat a 90-year-old Regina Brett of Cleveland, Ohio wrote. I think it is worth reading and taking it to heart.

To celebrate growing old, I once wrote few lessons life taught me. It is the most requested column I've ever written. 

1. Life isn't fair, but still good.
2. When in doubt, just take the next step.
3. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick, your friends and family will.
4. You don't have to win every argument. Stay true to yourself.
5. Cry with someone. It is more healing than crying alone.
6. It's OK to get angry with God. He can take it.
7. Make peace with your past so it won't mess up the present.
8. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
9. Take a deep breath every now and then. It calms the mind.
10. Get rid of anything that isn't useful. Clutter weighs you down in many ways.
11. Whatever doesn't kill you really does make you stronger.
12. It's never too late to be happy. But it's all up to you and no one else.
13. When it comes to going after what you love, don't take no for an answer.
14. Burn the candles, use the nice sheets, wear the fancy clothes. Don't save it for a special occasion. Today is special.
15. No one is in charge of your happiness but you.
16. Frame every so-called disaster with these words 'In five years, will this matter?'
17. Always choose life.
18. Forgive others and yourself.
19. What others think of you is none of your business.
20. Time heals almost everything. Give time a little time.

I know it is a lot of points that are mentioned, but it is important points that must get read daily or memorized. Information is always a good thing. There is a saying that I have heard and it got stuck in my mind "a day that has passed and nothing is learned is a day that is lost. I believe this will change your mind for the best. I personally got something out of these points.
