Caught in a situation with time against you?
Is it not frightening how quickly time goes. I for example can not believe when last I wrote on my blog, for those that likes reading my blog sorry about it. My work took a lot of my time and the time ran out so quick, before I know it the day and night has past and a new day has arrived. Does this sound familiar to you, it is as if there is not enough hours in a day.
Are you in a situation that you do not know to which side to go, must you juggle things like your finances, work, ext. It sometimes feels your head is about to explode with all the things against you. I want to share something with you.
There was a pregnant deer that was about to give birth. She found a remote grass field near a strong- flowing river. It seemed that it was a safe place for her to give birth. She had sudden labour pains that started. the same moment, dark clouds gathered around above and lightning started a fire. When the deer looked to her left side she saw a hunter with his bow that was pointing at her. The deer looked to her right and spotted a hungry lion that was busy approaching her. What was the deer to have done for she was in labour! what was to have happened to her? Time was against her.
Was she going to survive?
Will she give birth to a fawn?
Will the fawn survive?
Or with the forest fire burn everything to ashes?
Will she perish to the hunter's arrow?
Will she die a horrible death at the claws of the hungry lion approaching her?
The deer was boxed in by all four her sides, one side the river, the other side the hunter, the other side the lion and the other the forest fire. What was she to have done?
She focused on giving birth to a new life she did not worry about anything else.
The the sequence of events that followed was. Lightning struck and blinded the hunter, he released the arrow which zipped past the deer and struck the hungry lion. It started raining heavily and the forest fire was slowly doused by rain. The deer gave birth to healthy fawn.
In our life to, there are moments of choice when we are confronted from all sides with negative thoughts and possibilities. Some thoughts are so powerful that they overcome and overwhelm a person. We can learn a lesson from the deer. Her priority was to give birth for the rest was not in her hands. Any other action or reaction that had changed her focus could have caused her death or disaster.

Where is your focus?
Where is your faith and hope?
In the midst of any storm, do keep faith on our creator always. He will never ever
disappoint you. Remember He neither slumber nor sleeps. Put your trust in Him.
