When I was in grade 3, the nurses came to school to check the children's health. with the checkup they did on me, they found that I had a abnormal spinal cord. They contacted my mother to come to school. There was a appointment made for me to go for a operation. What a shock it was for me and my parents. Before this findings I was always walking forwards bent, and if I suddenly had to come up I usually fell down on the ground crying of the pain. Everybody thought I was just looking for attention which was not the case they found out why after the test. Just before I went for the operation, my parents brothers and sisters and I went to visit a church in another town that we stayed in. while we were in the church service  the pastor invited all that are not healthy and well to come to the front of the church for prayer. My mother took me to the front for prayer. The pastor prayed for my spinal cord. After church we were invited to the pastor's home. I remember I was looking at the birds outside in the cages, I was called to go and eat. After the meal the pastor called us together and prayed for me once more. Two weeks later when I went for the pre-checkup before the operation the doctor said that he does not see the need to do a operation, he said my spinal cord was normal. Wow that was awesome I did not need a operation for the Lord healed me from a abnormal spinal cord. I don't know how religious you are that is reading this but I can tell for sure there is power in prayer and that the Lord heals is a fact, I am a living proof of it. Put your trust in the Lord with all your situations, He knows what is best for you.
